AGM and Rules meeting - 21st August 2009

AGM 21st August

A meeting was held at the White Hart, Wadhurst on Friday 21st August to elect a committee and to formulate a proper set of rules for the Burwash Darts League.

The meeting was Chaired by Vince Gould and was attended by representatives from most of the teams wishing to enter this years league.

Sharon Willett, Vince Gould and Gary Bennett were elected to run the league.

Those present ran through all the suggested rules and discussion took place about any changes that may be needed.

The proposed changes need to be discussed with those teams unable to attend before a full set of rules can be finalised. Hopefully this will be done in the next few days.

Any teams wishing to enter this years league need to do so as soon as possible, Entry fees of £25 per team need to be delivered to The White Hart, Wadhurst marked for the attention of Sharon Willett. Can all teams provide an e/mail address so that results and league tables can be sent out on a regular basis.

An update will follow in the next few days.
